I realized in my later years that taking a serious situation, one day at a time and one step at a time was an acceptable foundation for success. When I wanted to change a particular trait about myself, I started to meditate on making myself a "better" person for sixty seconds a day. My goal was to do this for one year, 365 days a year, which would equate out to a little over 6 hours of serious meditation (or prayer)
I realized it wasn't so much the amount of time, as it was the repetition of focusing on a trait that I wanted to change.
The really good news is, that the changes occurred way before the year was up. So I was able to start on another change and another before the years was out.
And the really good news is, that I have reason to believe that this works on ANY subject. Regardless if it's to change your attitude about money, food, personal relationships, job, investments or anything else that you deem important.
After about 60 days, faith did kick-in and shortly after that, the answers of how, when, where, and what to do became as clear as day.
Give it a try, and then post your comments on the blog. It's not only empowering, it's enlightening and gives you a sense of inner peace.
