Gigabyte has gone for the jugular when it comes to value with its P2742G. Priced at ?909, you get one hell of a gaming laptop for the money.

Specs include Windows 8, an i7 processor and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M GPU. The laptop also uses hybrid storage tech and can support up to 2TB of data should you need it. On top of that, the Gigabyte comes with a proper Full HD screen to game on and THX TruStudio Pro tech loaded into its speakers for audio.

There is a Blu-ray combo drive also thrown in, should you fancy watching a few movies in between your gaming sessions on the Gigabyte. All in all, a very impressive piece of kit for the cash.?

The laptop itself has a split colour design, with a black base and orange top or, alternatively, an all black look. As for connectivity, there are three USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, USB 2, the full gamut of audio connections and an Ethernet port.

The Gigabyte should be going on sale on Amazon at any moment for ?909.?
