The big social event of Pawnee is finally almost here. On Thursday, in the first of two back-to-back episodes of Parks and Recreation, Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) and Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott) will finally tie the knot. And, as anyone who saw last week?s episode is well aware, the pair?s last-minute decision to marry that night means the whole wedding will have to get thrown together in about two hours.

EW was part of a conference call with Poehler and Scott as well as Parks co-creator/writer Michael Schur this afternoon where the three dished about what we can expect from the wedding and the rest of the season, as well as some of their personal favorite Leslie/Ben moments from the courtship. Check out four revelations below.

1.) ?I now pronounce you husband and wife.? Fans are looking forward to hearing those words, and it sounds like Tom Haverford may be delivering them. ?Everyone has a job to fill, and Tom becomes the officiant and has to get ordained online in like an hour,? Schur told reporters today. ?Donna [also] plays a role [in the wedding]. For the first time we?re going to feature her beautiful and professionally trained singing voice on the show. It?s very beautiful. What?s really nice is in the opening moments of the episode, to pull this thing off, in classic Parks and Rec fashion, everyone kind of has to chip in.?

2.) Poehler?s favorite Leslie/Ben scene of the show: ?I liked the proposal,? Poehler shared. ?I thought the proposal was so beautifully written ? It just felt like a long time coming. I think everyone was really happy for the characters. It was a great example of Mike?s writing, which is this combination [of] really sweet and heartfelt and also very earned. And then also very funny. And there?s a lot of that in the wedding episode. There?s a moment in the wedding episode, that to me is the perfect example of something that?s just a beautiful and sweet moment and then in the middle of it, just hard laughs.?

3.) Scott?s favorite Leslie/Ben scene of the show: ?The wedding. It?s really something,? Scott said. ?Being there for it, it really felt like we were at a real wedding. It was a very special evening. It?s make believe, but we were all very moved. I would also go back to the episode ?Road Trip? where Leslie and Ben have their first kiss at the end of the episode. I thought that episode was really well-written and directed, and the tension leading up to their first scandalous kiss in private I thought was a really, really fun to do episode and it?s one of my favorite episodes to watch as well.?

4.) The moment the Parks crew knew Ben and Leslie were end game. ?The plan [for bringing Adam Scott on] was that this was a long-term love interest,? Schur explained. ?Our initial idea for Leslie was that she was going to have a series of relationships with different kinds of men over the course of the show and she would kind of learn something different from each of them. She learned a little something from Louis C.K., from Justin Theroux, and then with Adam Scott we [thought], ?Oh she?ll date him for a while and learn something about herself from him.? ?What happened very quickly in that ?Master Plan? episode [was] they have a conversation in a bar and Ben says to her, ?You want to run for office someday, right?? and she says, ?How did you know??? and he just sort of blows past it and the idea was that he just kind of has got her number, he understands her. In the second episode we had, the finale that year, they have a conversation and Leslie smiles at him and walks off. And then there is a shot of [Ben] looking at Leslie with a smile on his face and as soon as I saw that, I kind of realized that not only were they going to get together, but they weren?t going to break up. It became very clear in that moment that this was it.?
